Thank you for registering Renault Alpine Owners Club for the 6th October Sunday Scramble, your club booking code is RAOC1019C

Please can you advertise the event on your club website and encourage your club members to use the code when booking, see instructions below.

Please can you encourage pre-1990 vehicle bookings, aiming for as close to 50% of those attending being pre-1990s if at all possible.

Click on the ‘Enter Promo Code’ link at the top of the ‘Tickets’ block on the booking page and input your club booking code RAOC1019C.

The club ticket option will then become visible at the top of the list of ticket options. Please note, if any other ticket type is purchased instead of the Club Vehicle ticket, there will not be a space allocated in the club parking area.

The discounted ticket offer expires at the end of 6th September, after which time the club code can still be used to purchase full price club tickets and count towards allocated club parking.

Please remind your members:

There will be no tickets available on the gate

Discount expiry date 6th September

Club ticket closing date to count towards club parking allocation, no later than midnight Tuesday 1st October (subject to availability)

Clubs attending with 10 vehicles or more (maximum 50) may be allocated their own club parking area. If this number is not achieved, and we are unable to provide a club parking area we will advise affected clubs after the ticket cut-off date of Tuesday 1st October 2019 to give time for them to pass this on to their club members.

Clubs are welcome to use flags and gazebos to promote themselves within their club display area but will need to make sure that they have their own insurance to cover any damage caused should any of these items fall or blow over. If you wish to do this, we will require a copy of your insurance and a risk assessment.

The RAOC workshop is now closed but the parts department will be open from around 2.30PM for tea and biscuits. If you need parts please let me know beforehand.
