That looks good did you find any more stuff that would expand the parts department.

Always coming across stuff!

Found a new Clio Williams cylinder head that I thought had gone missing.

And some new A610 timing covers, think I bought them to convert regular 3 litres to 610 spec.

Spent ages dismantling 3 pedal boxes to get blasted to make a good one and then found a nearly new one in a box.

On the plus side I found a new crankcase I can use to build the 24V Motor.

Sounds good for the 24v what are the cams and followers like as that’s the main problem, I have just managed to get all the bits to get one head complete and good plus the other head I got from lee, so my build will start once the Citroen is finished.

Cams and followers are all fine.

The two engines I have left were the best ones from running cars. One I just heard running which I think was this one and the other I drove home from miles away. I had another car for ages as an everyday car but it was noisy so I sold it to Paul Dobrowski who had a Venturi at the time. There were the heads you have which came originally from stunned monkey with heavy wear and another 2 or 3 engines which I think all went to Martin Faulks and all sadly had cam / follower wear to some degree.

It was a lot of time and money to try and get a decent engine. All mine were Peugeot. Rupert’s was for a Citroen. Iain blacks was fitted in France and I don’t know the donor.

I still have engine looms and Ecu if you don’t want to go aftermarket

I haven’t made my mind up yet as it’s taken some time to get all the parts together, to build two engines, the 24v and the spare 610 engine. The 610 I now have the the re profiled cams ect so that will be running a different Ecu and will hopefully get around the 300hp mark.
I will probably turbocharg the 24v as that valve setup is more suited to turbocharging over normally aspirated but the only thing I haven’t sorted is the clutch as it should get near 400hp, and I cannot get the engine balanced without the clutch plate, what clutch did the venturey run as that is the same set up. I don’t want some high tech setup as with most things try and keep it simple for long term reliability if possible.
