Strange decision not to include paint in the list price!

I've never seen a manufacturer include metallic paint as a standard feature on a vehicle, apart from special or limited editions. All other manufacturers charge similar on vehicles of a similar price point.

Yes but unlike other manufacturers there are no standard no-cost colours offered so they should either have included a non-metallic option or had a list price that included paint! Basically you cannot buy the car for the list price as far as I can tell so presumably dealers will have to throw it in.

The price list I have seen shows Glacier White (Solid) as the standard colour.
All the other colours are extra cost options.
Its all about the corners. :A610

Agreed with hmy7k, the document shows Blanc Glacier as a no additional cost item for both models.

Ok good news. Thanks for the clarification. Seemed a bit crazy otherwise!

Guess we will see a lot of white A110s then! Back in the day red and black were the only no cost options for the GTA hence loads of them were red. All other colours including solid white and metallics were chargeable.

Not many Black GTA's though were there?

Do we know the current tally for the new car sales so far?

No and they look quite good in black. Red was a popular 80's colour I guess and in all the brochures.

One item I was surprised to see on the option list is the flying ‘A’ on the front wings. At 120 Euro, not a huge cost in the scheme of things, but something I would have thought would have been a standard feature.
The flying ‘A’ is synonymous with the Alpine identity in a similar way to the identities of the Renault diamond, the Peugeot lion, the Citroen inverted chevrons and all the other many car manufacturers logos. I would have thought they’d want it to appear on the exterior of all the cars in addition to on the steering wheel boss when you get the French flag on the C pillar as a no cost, standard feature.

I think there’s quite a wait I was talking to a salesman and if you put a £2000 deposit down delivery would be approximately September to November 2019.

Absolutely! We're not too far off now though I promise. We had a meeting today and it looks like the showroom cars should be early July and demo's a couple of weeks after.

Are you planning on going to one of the dealer launch events Stephen?

Interior looking good there Ian ... just needs a few A110s on those showroom tiles .

Certainly looking forward to taking delivery and taking the car back to the highlands in the summer.
