There is this 610 and the blue ex singapore car in this category (if that one is still In the uk).
The Alpine relaunch and classic car values say that we should be seeing increases in value.
There can’t be that many with under 100k on the clock, let alone 10k. This makes those two cars in their own league. Unless there are more low mileage, unrestored, mint cars out of the remainang...30+ RHD 610s here?
As they do 200k with ease, mileage isn’t a serious problem. I have realised I’d rather have a usable car with defects, that I can drive without devaluing, over museum case specimen that I wouldn’t use, but I,m delighted to see values creeping up from the less than mk2 ford escort point they have been at.
Fingers crossed...

Barry, the ad write-up does confirm that it is the ex-Renault Cannock car that we saw a few years back.
One of the main selling points for this car seems to be the, possibly unique, low mileage. I just wonder how much of its perceived valuation relates to that mileage and wonder whether any potential car enthusiast buyer would actually want to use the car and increase that mileage. Since it left Cannock it appears to have passed through the hands of at least one other dealer in Australia. Maybe that will be its only market, dealer to dealer to retain that mileage.
Having said that, I hope it sells to an enthusiast and we see it being used and enjoyed.

Don't start on me or I'll have a proper poke at your 610 when it's on the ramp :thinking

Lee,
The ex Singapore car was bought by Mike Vorndrun of Ipswich, as far as I'm aware he still owns the car and it required a lot of recommissioning having not moved for many years.

I've seen it once as it doesn't come out often and it really does look as new., couple of pics below:

p.s. my A610 just snuck over 50,000 miles after getting back from Macon last year... :)

There is also N1 AAA which was Mike's before, that's a minter too.

:pray

:A610

Sad geeky A610 fact, N1 AAA wasn't the only N registered A610. The other now lives in Australia.

Yes Mike still owns the car. I was talking with him in work today about it, apparently has 2000 miles only on it. Small world eh, known Mike for a while as he does a bit of contract assessing for us, it was this thread that put me on to him owning an A610. Could only be one guy in Ipswich area with a name like that. The look of surprise on his face when I asked him about his A610 was priceless.....

Fresh project in at RATS today.
F reg Turbo. Was being converted to twin turbo but has since stood garage stored for 5 years.
Complete car.Good condition all round,Grey cloth interior.
Needs work to rear turret rot and jacking points but the rest, incl front cross-member, is in good order.
Contact for purchase options on this from sold as seen, through race tuned,to full OE restoration.
An excellent base car and getting rarer and rarer to find in any condition.Prices definitely on the rise so this one may well be one of the last I find in this condition.....
