Cheapest Pantera I can find in the UK is a £100k, there was a restoration car in the US which got to £40k reserve not met on ebay recently.

Get it bought from Bandana Man!

Ok Martin just need his number it is one car l have always wanted to drive, Italy’s looks with US mussel. But they are bad for rust and parts and body parts are hard and if you can get them big ££££££ and the sparks on the car are crap, so what looks cheap ends up costing more than a good one and you have had all the grief. Maybe you should start finding pantera parts and selling them probably get more money breaking one and selling the parts. MVS Pantera parts.com

Two chances on a number.....slim and none ;-)
It was a few years ago but its still there as he popped in again last year when he spotted the Venturi 300.
Keep meaning to pop round for a ride ....mate of mine rebuilt the lump for it about 15 years ago but it doesn't come out much

I'd love to tramp across that lovely white floor in my muddy boots and oily overalls eating a pie, with gravy dripping off my chin onto the floor and say ..............." WOT YA DOIN,?"

I'd had contact before with him about buying a couple of cars from me I was brokering, his formula seems to be, to have nice low mileage cars and ask top....top...top dollar, he shifts one, he makes good money, they're mostly always 'retro' ....'cool' ...' modern classics'......................good luck to him.

Wonder if he wants a pearl white GTA Turbo.....................

I'd rather buy the top 5 GTA in the country and sit on them for my pension fund than one lardy 610.

In my opinion, it is nice to see the cars being valued like other rare cars of the era. Bare in mind that the 610 is rarer than just about any other supercar of this time and as exotic as any of them. They (the competition) all have their issues and most have far worse problems than Alpines. Mine has been a lot easier and less painless to own than some of my other purchases in that time. The KGF car is probably overpriced but it is unique and very low mileage and find another one like it.

I think we have to remember that these cars do cost time and money to get to a high standard and we sell ourselves short by citicising our own cars. The general public usually will be the first to point at it being French shit (on forums especially, when they see it in the flesh, it's usually a different conversation) and if we talk the same, we have no chance. There is not much out there that offers the performance, style, looks and enjoyment that these cars offer for the money.

Whilst it is a bit of a shock seeing the later Alpines in the £30-60k bracket, I don't believe it should be considering what other stuff goes for and the heritage of the brand.

In my opinion again (for what it's worth), you all seem to love your GTA's but think they are worthless. This means there is a reluctance to spend money on their upkeep which ultimately helps keep the values in a depressed state. GTA's should be selling for £20k + for an MOT'd car. You won't get anything better for less.

Be proud of what you have and don't give them away.

Vince was probably talking about Turbell and his muddy boots lol

That’s double what it sold for last time so ambitious but then find another if you want an as new RHD A610

The paint touch ins can’t be a great match if there is reason to mention them.

Iisn't this the car that was owned by the MD , I think it was of Renault Cannock.
There was a flat Red A610 being on display in the showroom when I organised a two Alpine days as collaborations between CAR and RAOC there a few years ago now and that was owned by someone in higher management there. The car had been resprayed and only seemed to move at MOT time. Registration was H15 REN and that car had done less than 2,000 miles...!

Fengate where this company is based is in Peterborough some 100 miles from Cannock so I think the car must have been sold then sold on again.. :shhh

Photo of it on display at the event below.

But ...French A610's dont command anywhere near that sort of money so I stick by the values.
Not saying they are worthless but you have to be realistic ...
Anyone want to buy my latest GTA Turbo find with full rot bust and MOT for 20K? No?

I may just be a bit jaded .....
