DVLA Auction - Registration A110 ALP

Hi all,
I've been following with interest the last DVLA on line auction of number plates. On number being advertised was A110 ALP with a starting price of £250 so I put a bid in for that amount.
I was advised by e mail that it sold for £2,300, sooo I'm just wondering if a potential UK purchaser of a new A110 had won this number plate, it would certainly be unique...!

That one was never going to go for £250 this time

It may have been Joe Salama that won it.

I bid to £2k and joe was keen to go higher to secure it. He was talking as much as £5k.

Renault uk should have bought that plate.

Well, it's someone wi a bit of brass eh! ecky thump lad.

Wonder if we'll ever find out...?
