Forza GTA Le Mans videos

I just noticed this, but it appears there's an update pack (or some such) for Forza that's added a GTA Le Mans. You can customize it etc, add more power, wings, wotnot and it seems it's got a lot of people talking. Loads of vids added to YouTube in the past 3 or so days.

If anything might raise the prices, a bit of video game exposure could be just the job. Shame I don't have the game, or indeed a PlayStation. Rendering of the engine bay, interior and exterior is superb though. I wonder whose car they used to digitize it?

Someone went to allot of time and trouble to render this in the game.. They have an A110 too!!
I know I am sad, but its the only Alpine that I can drive at the moment... Roll on the better weather, so I can take the A610 out.
Just thought I would share..

hours and hours and hours then the comp takes over for hours and hours and hours .

I think it took me about 30 hrs to do my very basic GTA CAD model from a 3 view blueprint dragged in as a background ....I've lost the file now ...and all the renders .

I wish all the real ones looked as good as that. They have done an amazing job especially the engine detail

Engine bay is probably the easier part as lots of basic shapes ,textures and colour .It's all the curvy organic and glass and seats and the like that is the real challenge .Then it sits there churning the colours and lighting ....
I have a friend who does this stuff for point of sale installs ..shop walkthrough etc feckin hours of mind numbing tweaking .....

OK let's see what we can spot that's wrong or missing.

I just noticed there are no VIN plates in the engine bay.

No spare wheel or bag.

No zip ties,self amalgamating tape,no bullet connectors ....

Very odd fuel system and the idle valve seems to bypass to the turbo ...I could go on but ....it's the general impression and as I said the real interest is in the body and interior ......ohhh and wheels ... Art imitating life ?
