Can't do the last weekend in August but can be free most other weekends if something is planned.

I could do most weekends, but I'm out with my Drag Car on 4th September. Any other weekend is good for me though.

Well due to numbers obviously this isn't going ahead this year.

So what I think we should do to give everyone time to book it in is postpone until April 2017 (when we usually have a Northern meet anyway).

I have a couple of dates in mind Sat and Sunday 22nd and 23rd April or the following weekend (29th and 30th).

Plan as before meet on the Sunday morning (peeps coming from further afield can come on the Saturday before and stay overnight to make a weekend of it.

Meet in St Asaph, drive to LLandudno and around the Great Orme. Then have a drive down through Snodonia and maybe end up in Portmerion. Then to a pub for a bit to eat and then home.

Let me know your preference on dates.

Probably Sunday 30th April would work for me, although it is Mrs S's birthday on 29th!

That's very sweet of you, Martin LOL

Surely between now and April we can find a couple more?

In the absence of a run this year, I am hooking up with my Porsche pals on Sunday (11th Sept) for a run around the Peak District & a pub lunch. There are at least 2 non-Porsches going, so I'm sure if anyone in the Cheshire/North West fancies a run out, no-one would object. We are meeting at Tescos in Congleton at 9.

I will try and post a couple of pics on here after the run.

Could I maybe ask anyone who has a roadworthy car to invoke the spirit of Andrew's "Use it Day", which was just over a year ago. I suggest we post pics of our cars, in use, either on this Sunday or next (let's be flexible to give everyone a chance!) No prizes, but simply recognition that club cars are not allergic to the public highway!

Is anyone with me?

In the absence of replies, I'll post this from today for Andrew. A stop off at a pub on the way back from a run out to see the Butcher of Sandbach. Not particularly artistic or mind blowing scenery, just a shameless pic of the motor on a gorgeous day. :up
