Air temperature sensor value.

Hello all.
I'm doing diagnois on the D501 engine of Alpine GTA turbo.
Please tell me activation value for air temperature sensor on the throttle body
About 300 ohms at room temperature.
Be given a variety of temperature changes, it will change only about four to five ohms.

Air temp Sensor odeg c = 254 -266 ohms 20deg c =283-297 ohms 40deg c =315-329 ohms
