Simon autos have rear three pint seat belt kits that they keep on putting on eBay, but you need the right mounts, the upper ones seem to be a bit rare and the parts book doesn't tell you which cars do or don't have them. They have the right part numbers from the book.
The 610 I owned was in the last 20 made and didnt have the top mounts.
Lap only aren't that helpful as I discovered when I braked hard and my younger son hit his head on the seat in front....he refused to go in the back ever again.
