On the V-car register apparently. I wonder how much that will ruin the selling price by given that these A610's are really collector cars now.

Mr Raize,
At least Mr Dini is being truthful and letting a potential buyer know all the facts.... and as you have said, these cars a rare and don't often come up for sale.
I agree, that to some buyers, this will affect the price, but to others, who just want to own one of these cars, and not into selling it on, or trying to use as an investment, then this is a great opportunity to purchasing an A610 at an almost "give away" price, (considering the other red one that is for sale at 41K on ebay at the moment is at the top end!!)
I think this one will let the rest of us, that own one, know what to expect as per the value at the mid to lower end of the scale.. ( No disrespect to the car ) but the fact that it is recorded on the V regisiter will have an effect upon its value to some degree.
But all I can say to anyone thinking of buying this car. GO FOR IT!! it has had a great deal of time and money spent upon it and with a little TLC it will be an absolute bargain. IF I was looking for an A610, I would buy it!
Since I have owned my A610, I have spent more restoring it, ( in excess of 12K ) that I did purchasing it! These cars are all about the love of them, not what they are worth, and Mr Dini's car has had a huge amount of this work already done. So this V register part personally makes no difference to a true owner and lover of these cars.

Just buy it!! you know you want to!!

I agree and it's definitely a good opportunity for someone who wants a nice A610 for a good price.
I'd certainly bid if I had A610 money.

Hi all, this car is the reason I just joined. I thought I'd do a bit of research first. Quite fancy this car if it's at the right price by end of auction. I've also found a rather nice looking blue GTA on Autotrader that's peaked my interest. Does anyone know this car?

The Blue GTA has been for sale for a couple of years. It looks nice but needs to be looked at properly.

If you can get the A610 (better all round car than the GTA IMO) for around the same money as the Blue GTA is advertised for then you will have had a right result.

I can't see it selling that cheaply.
I'd expect it to make double that and still be a good buy.
It's a really nice car.

Make the effort, go see the car.
Otherwise you will see it one day at a show/meet and be bitterly disappointed about what you missed out on.
EVERY car will have a blemish or two.......its what gives your car character.

It's like buying a house......stretch yourself a little and you will be very happy in the long run.

Phildinis A610 is well known here. A very nice car rebuilt by a guy that's hard to please (car-wise).
I'm pretty certain there's a thread in the 'your cars' section.
