car stands and displays were way down from a few years ago, the one make parking area across the river was much quieter than I remember it although I arrived late and possibly many had left before I took a wander over there. However, the footfall of punters was massive and I believe busiest I have ever seen and I think Lizzard lick were the biggest draw for a lot of them. I also hear some of the trade stands were doing business up on previous years.

still a boring show though if you have to hang around all day.
never thought I would want a list but now find myself needing one just to remind me: Clio V6 230, 5 gt turbo, 5 Gordini turbo, Megane RS 300 Trophy.

The inter-web clarifies it. They're Chav TV stars. Not even british ones.
Why on earth would they be appropriate at a classic car show?

Be prepared then for a flood of US car tv show "stars" in future years, Gas Monkey must be on their way and I am sure Wayne Carini as a guest and judge of concours would be a big draw.

By the way, Bomley is a Pageant of Motoring, rather than a Classic car show.

Your right Mark the only interest in the Spider was from a man who needed to know how many miles to the gallon it did :o
