You have to put sealant in the pin holes.

Thanks!.. but.. No, not yet. For the moment I don´t think the rollpin leak are the main problem, the leak are visible from the Oil seal.

I have edited my earlier post to make it clearer.

If you can't see the whole roll pin hole on both sides, how did you fit them?
Did you put sealer on the roll pin holes? If not that is the problem.

So it sounds like you need to
1) Put the seals in a place where you can see the whole roll pin.
2) Fill the end of the roll pins with the sealer (CAF 4/60 Thixo or a more modern equivalent).

If it still leaks after that, then use the sleeves that Miles suggested.

Good luck.

If you have positioned the seals further outboard, than the manual suggests, can also be a cause of leaking oil. However Suggest you re-seal roll pins firstly though, and possible smear some around the outer edge of gearbox to driveshaft flange seal too. This helped on one of mine, which had been positioned further outboard.

I have fill the hole with sealants and can discovery some mystery, It´s seems like the gearbox oil comes from the driveshafts...? can the oil be pressed into the joint? anybody nows about this? (...and I´m sure it´s gearbox oil)

Still leaking. But I think i find the problem???? The whole the shaft glitches the and the "crownwheel" need to be screwed further in. Anyone agree???
