I take it the paid reference is for the tunnel not the track day. Do we pay on the day which I think I have done in the past or advance (for the track). I will be booking te 6:20 tunnel when I get round to it with Tesco vouchers probably.

paid ref is for the trackday only once tunnel is arranged I add the crossing times

no payment on the day this time, there is a story behind the reason but I won't go into detail as to spare embarrassment of a couple of people. Payment can be done by bank transfer or paypal. I then have to pay the total to ASAN in advance with French Cheque and send individual entry forms too, so If I don't have your details from a previous event like macon for example i'll need them emailing or by PM please Name, Address, Vehicle model and reg, Mobile no, insurance policy no, driving license no.

tunnel can be booked the night before if you want but I wouldn't leave it that long as it gets booked up quick on weekends and you'll struggle to get the most convenient time, if you book the crossing yourself let me know times and I will adjust the list accordingly.

I asked Mr D to send out a global email but must have slipped his mind .....

I will be doing all paperwork in the next couple of days and sending off the cheque to asan so all arrives on time as they have asked for all to be in before their deadline next week, I will be available up until Wednesday, then I will be finishing my car for next weekend and then I'm on holiday until 1st Sept.

not any more as two guys booked to go on the road rally last year never turned up or paid ...... so ASAN lost money.... paid for the food etc....
so from now on to avoid any problems like this again all in advance please. Mr D doesn't have time to do his day to day stuff so no more last minute faffing either messing him around. Sorted.

if you want to go and pay on the day you can but make sure you have all docs for the car, driving license, insurance info with you, the price will be nearly double you won't get the discount price and also you may not get a track place either if all places are booked in advance only display place...

anyone who hasn't paid and or provided their details has until Wednesday lunchtime to get them to me as forms and payment will go off to asan on wed afternoon otherwise we will miss their deadline.

I will still be able to accept any new entries up until then, after you will have to play lotto and pay on the day (price is double by the way) at the gate but looking at things at the moment all track time will be booked in advance as they receive a load of entries for the RS section and it will be sold out quick
