Dash and cockpit area coming together again with main looms in and just the dash electrics still to do .Using mainly the std dash loom heavily chopped .We need half a dozen odd relays,fuses and a few dials .No speedo ...we'll just go on revs and a really bright lite :super

Got just stock springs on atm but A610 dampers .Will have a think on rates and get some stiffer ones .A610 roll bars front and rear ,A610 subframe and wheels .SUMO BRAKES :Butt :MoreSarc

... bum well, what's poking me in the eye, is I've chocked up really, thinking about it when I cut'n'shut the two inter coolers together (when the bi-turbo dream went out the window with the race series requirements), I should have left a "plenum" volume between the two sections... zoot alors.. dat won't work past 300hp init bro... daz GTA mystical brick wall... I can see it coming now in the mist... echos down the corridors, in wobbly ghost like voices, you won't be going anywhere past meeee well not without lots of boost, oh that is such a terrible thing to do, ummm... bit like serving up pie and mash at the Captain's table, and getting a taught reply, may be in a Southern twang this time you crazy buggers, can't you do anything right, and do it with none of that cheating boost, like us good guys do!. Funny I thought that was precisely the reason for fitting the turbo, I better go away and think about that again Stanley... Seriously though, pressure loss across that thing is going to be horrid... nay mind, I'm sure well make it to 305bhp after some super f art pants methane is dropped in the dyno cell :weed

Sump plate adaptor?
Probably not though haha something I considered on my car to get around the design flaw of the turbos being mounted to low. "That will never drain" I recall saying. This was my possible solution. The idea being this may have given enough drop for the turbos to drain back to sump using gravity alone. I still reckon this would have worked.

This is looking real good. Are you going dry sump? Really looking forward to seeing this out and about. OrigineRS?

Dave, gravity drain wouldn't have worked well even with another six inches of fall. You would still run into issues just like the 24v bi turbo le mans and bi turbo 610 in Europe that all have scavenged drains with turbos mounted a much higher.

Yes Martin I agree with you there in entirety, (just look at your house gutters the drop can be minimal) I did mention that plumbing returns below oil level was very odd and would not flow. John you assured me it would be fine. But the proof was in the pudding so let's move on.

Pot has 4 mounts that can have rubbers on .Main mount plate is bolted to old bumper points and through arch ,just a shelf .

Brimmed the fuel tank today and we come up about 10 mins short of race time according to MoFo calcs ......38l in the front + 2 in the pot = half an hour at novice pace ......
Never mind ,it's only a vessel and can be changed .

Most of the fuel system now here .We just need a lump to plumb it to .Lines are Teflon inner, stainless coverered so can be run through the cabin ,MSA regs ,non permeable .Facet lifter and AN-6 fittings .

Fuel lines first fit .All seems good so get it tidied up and pressure test once one missing fitting arrives .Header tank installed .
