I would like to hear of anybody's exeriencies that is using higher lift and or duration cams in their atmo GTA ? Is there anybody ? I am thinking about the Ferry 298 or 308 duration cams. Is any body using these or the Simon 296,s ?

Richard (Simonsays) is using 296 cams from SimonAuto. Best thing I heard from him was it revved all the way round to 7.5K, and then it spun round and went backwards into a wall.

......also david, are the cams for the turbo a 'bolt-in' type, or do they have to be timed in?

Direct replacement, so use the original timing marks.
