 Looking to upgrade Turbo ,can I just bolt this on and a gauge ,or do I need swap the BBR out as well and put a boost adjuster in its place

 I'll have another look but from memory the chip with the sticker is bot right .It might not matter as I could just regard it as being standard
 I'll have another look but from memory the chip with the sticker is bot right .It might not matter as I could just regard it as being standard   Was just thinking aloud ,if its not a standard setup to start with how do you know if the new bits are behaving as they should ,are they adversely affected by the previous mods ? As long as the previous items don't degrade the factory settings it should be ok.The BBR thing is not an addition ,it's a replacement ,so worst case probably does nothing .

BK48 RNV6TPH1 .The conversion was tested by BBR May 98 (found an invoice in the history file ).

 That chip is the map chip, so it is different to all the rest. Normally the inside of the circuit boards are sprayed in clear laquer after assembly, so if a new chip has been installed, much of this laquer around the chip would have been broken/removed.
