What is it about car spares shops/ counters shutting on a Saturday afternoon? Shirley its a prime time for D I Y ers to need car parts?
Anyhow, anyone know a decent supplier open on a Sunday that might have a Clio 1.2 8v starter motor? East/North London pref.

Thankfully those in London are a bit more on the ball when it comes to opening hours, thanks to Clarkins in Walthamstow for coming up with the goods and being open on a Sunday. (had to get out of my death bed to drive down there mind and ironically its only 200 metres from my old house).

Son, yes but at 18 he is an insurance liability so he can only drive his own car, which was the broken down one. Wife could of gone at a push I suppose.
