I have a few questions about the day.

Track day insurance. Does anyone know of an insurer that will cover us for a reasonable rate. Does the track itself offer insurance.

The link posted states that we must present drivers licence. Plastic version ok? Or do we need paper version as well.

Breakdown insurance. I will have normal road use breakdown cover and will read the print to see if it covers potential breakdown at the track. In case it does not, does any one have any suggestions.

I think that's it for now 8)
At last I bought one !

Fail to plan, plan to fail! Left it to the last minute to change the brake hoses on the GTA for braided Goodridge units and also new disc at the front as those fitted are slightly warped which was irritating me. Hose change wasn't without its test of character but ordered the discs earlier in the week and as they havent aired I decided a chase email was prudent. Reply came back today with sincere apologies and my discs would be with me Monday. Back on with the old discs then and bleed the brakes. That's when I notice the previous owner has snapped off the bleed nipple in one of the front calipers, great, schoolboy error not checking that before I started. Still, got part of tomorrow to sort it out for Sunday :-).

Shouldn't be end of the world if u r pressure bleeding. You can get rid of a lot of air via the flexible hose with the caliper loose if u have to. One of the nipples is seized on the pahnhenrich but it always bleeds up ok.
