I helped the guy in Stortford get the car working about 5 years ago, ignition issues then, from what I remember it was fine, nothing serious wrong, just an honest car with paint that was a little tired. The exhaust is very loud though....
I didn't have a serious poke around it for rot at the time but if its been inside since then I expect it will be ok.

I have a feeling that the Stortford one was bought on ebay from Mr Sage.
£2.7k rings a bell.
IIRC he'd recommissioned it and redone the front subframe.
Could easily be wrong as the senility could be fogging in and this is a gardening forum.....

is this the former "eat my plastic a rs e" car? Did not realise he was from Stortford, thought he was a Harlow person. The add mentions it being moved to new address though. small world, had no idea a GTA lived in town.
