i opened the rear hatch on the GTA yesterday to adjust the tickover the heat was unbearable ....ill try again early morning. Its been so hot the windscreen cracked with a 10 inch crack when it was just parked ...new one fitted last trplex pilkington screen in stock so dont break one unless you have renault money for one lol luckily i had a windscreen seal in stock as the one they ordered is still order from france .

Finally installed my boost gauge - though I haven't tested it yet.

Have one already, but it's not a waterproof one - and thinking one would be useful when I knock down my garage

Waiting on springs for the GTA so I can have a go at fitting the SPAX - Lee, if I fail then I'll be either driving it up to yours or low loading it there.

Off to French Car Show a week on Sunday and hopefully collect my bits from the Dieppe trip.

I have been using all different type of car covers for years. I now have two covers, One like the one mentioned above and the other from Specialised Car Covers. The one above, the cheaper type of cover, not only they fly off every time you get some high winds, but also they don't really breathe properly. The important factor is that they need to breathe, and the good ones tend to be the tailored made ones, starting from £150 to £250. As Andy mentioned above, fibreglass cars and covers are normally not a good thing, but if you have to do it, get a proper cover, and make sure you don't have any cats using it as a scratching post

I use a cheap one at the moment just to keep the dust / spiders off the car whilst it's in the garage. It's not waterproof but just dust proof
