When I first started going to Japan some 18 years ago, I kept seeing these cars on the road, they look just like any old japanese saloon of the time, a bit pumped up mind and some said twin turbo on the back (think there was a NA version too iirc) I really did not know what it was about but they sounded sensational and did not say Toyota anywhere on them and even had a different badge on the front. Never once saw one in the UK then and since and a few years later they launched a new version which was basicly what became a Lexus coupe over here (or in the states at least) which kind of lost the plot of looking like an ordinary car with fantastic performance. Never see one at all in Japan anymore.

2 in the UK, originally brought over by Nissan Motorsports Europe as parts cars supporting the three group A racers. Never used but kitted out mechanically in full 430hp (and then some) race spec. Utterly bonkers.

Cars don't always have to look 'pretty ' In fact some shouldn't .

Yep agree on that one I have to say the really old Skylines do look good... it must be an age thing, coz I'm even starting to like the old Datsun stuff... the naff just looks great now (well to me Lol).. the Z cars are a given , and oh boy I would like to be able to afford one of those.

Looks like a Nissan Bluebird Coupe to me, I don't like it. Never been that keen on any japanese motors. I did have a Honda Prelude once though which I thought was a nice looking car..

Just thought you might like to see my son’s Japanese motorised roller skate....... looks like a an ordinary day to day shopping hatchback.... but always first away from the traffic lights.
Used for Sprints and Hill Climbs....... Oh!!! ....and going to the shops.

I got a Z32 for not much, runs great, everything works! It's a really nice car. The steering feels like a kart.

Got a gen 7 Celica also, it's ok for a 'boring' car.
