Talking to Mr Dell, the moulds had a crack so did not produce a good cover, so where scrapped... that is what I was told

Depends on manufacturing method .Once the tooling is done .They can't injection mould them at that price so must be doing similar to me .
As with all these things left to ' A Club ' it will take ages and/or fissel out + relying on a list of takers is always dodgy as at least half usually drop out Perhaps Cedric will look at the latest posts and translate .

I've found the best way is to just crack on and get it done .If you build it they will come

Not got time to swan about the NEC I'm afraid .Too many cars + hernia and now dodgy knee getting in the way

I will have a read in the next few days and will report.

Lee,I have a friend who can chrome spray, could that help if we wanted to re make the whole unit?
