Dealer Prices

Postby clee » Fri Jun 17, 2005 2:09 pm

Don't all Renault dealers use the same data base :?: :x

CO POT .

Grantham £230 +VAT
DG/London £80+VAT
Leicester £95 +VAT

North/South divide in reverse. East or West of the M1and your really in for a shafting  By this reckoning if PG ever needs one he's in for a four figure effing .No luck round the scrappies yet .But there's a 21 up the road at a dealer's so ,he he he :!:

If it's anything like the databases we use in our company, then the answer is YES, but not every one has the latest version downloaded onto their local system. They them selves will only find out they do not have the lastest when some one complains. The joys of IT and housekeeping!!!

YES they should update themselves, for their own sake.
Working for an IT company, we do't even do what we preach and sell, but it never ceases to amaze how poor some poeple house keeping is. That why some companies still run a good old central database and the users have to connect to it over the network, so they all see the same prices then.
