Hi chaps

It was the first time I'd been to a club meeting or Prescott, and what a great day it was. Everyone was most friendly and hospitable, and I look forward to meeting you all again at future events.

It was nice to have a chat to you and see the A610, you did get a real bargain with that car. I'm sure like me you were able to get a load of usefull info on the A610 by chatting to other members of the forum.

It was my first time too. Well organised, and great fun.

Thank you to Stephen, Trevor and Martin (5 Turbo) and Peter (A110) for sharing their views on the cars that they own(ed) and their ownership experience.

Look forward to next year................

I would just like to echo the comments already posted, a cracking event made all the better by the weather being so nice and warm. It was really good to talk to all of the members, old and new. To El Presidente, a big THANKS for all your hard work without whom would we know where to start on such an event, but as Andy says, “Dell a gate” there are people prepared to help, and you might get a little less stressed.  8)

Thanks must also go to Sara and Summer as behind every “great man” is a greater woman or two in his case!!!!!!

Yes I forgot to mention Sara as I know you were busy with lists etc for the parade lap etc.
I offer my services too if needed but I have to warn you that according to my wife I'm bloody useless most of the time

Brilliant organisation, great people and the sun :D what a fantastic day... was very nice to see you all and thanks for the support.

My first practice run was 1 sec faster than my best time last year so started very well :D

shaved another sec on the second practice run, although was still not happy with the first section of the course (up to the first pin).

I was very happy with my first timed run in the afternoon as i was faster in the first section and it felt fast all the way except for locking the wheels in the 2nd hairpin running a bit wide and loosing precious time. The recorded time didnt really reflect my satisfaction

last timed run was a bit of a disappointment...

all in all a great day racing and great company thanks all

Definately the best weekend yet at Prescott. Weather was unbelievable (a little hot driving home!) The people in this Club are amazing and make the RAOC what it is. I can't be bothered with most of these clubs but the RAOC is about fun and enjoying the cars. Hope it stays that way.

Without sounding like a winners speech at the Oscars, I'd just like to say it was great to spend some time with Mr Holt and team extreme, learnt lots about the ins and out of the Spider and Stu was quality! Great to follow William and his wife into Prescott on Saturday morning in the beautiful red GTA. Fantastic to have a number of journeys with B1RMA following and being followed by a twin A610. 8)

The 2 Paul's and there freshly painted Venturi's were both looking rather smart. Great to see Miles (respect as head spit and shine judge!), Lee Metters, Phildini, Andy and Cheryl and Nick in his new A610 (good buy that!). And obviously The Dell's - great job as always. I know I will have missed a few people but chatted to so many. Here is a flavour of the action in pictures, sorry if I didn't get your car but I didn't have my camera most of the time.

A bit late for my input  .... But I whole heartedly agree with all the others here , especially the Non members like myself, but I shall be a fully fledged member soon !
My first visit to one of the best meetings I've ever been to, "and I've been to a few" ......It was like a mini Silverstone meeting, but so much more personal and friendly, and everyone there ,including Joe public, seemed to be part of the whole experience !!!
It will be a regular for me in the future !
I would like to add an extra thanks to Miles for making me feel part of the team, as us Avantime owners cant realy indulge in Alpine technical talk !!
Maybe one day I will own an Alpine, and then will be listening to all the Tech chat !!
See Ya all again at Bromley !

P.S. Do RAOC and Renault have a stand at Goodwood festival of Speed ? and if so will the forms be available here ??
Catch up on your Sleep Stephen, your gonna be a busy boy again soon !
