OK, I need everyone to accurately detail all their losses with amounts and dates and have copies of any emails etc ready to back up the amounts and non-refundable status if necessary. The amounts must be correct and exact. Please do not inflate the amounts. All or some will be checked. If your hotel room is cancellable you can only claim the cancellation fee.
