from d1gp.co.uk

"Kuniaki definitely has the most comfortable work space for a drifter, because he's got air-conditioning and a luxurious audio system in his TOYOTA CHASER and even got an electronic toll collection system -which is a kind of posh machinery to have in Japan-. Kuniaki's 4 door sedan drifting is super cool and powerfull. "

Its a japanese fest! Would love to see a good old fashioned Ultima blitz all those Max-powered Japanese techno machines! There seems to be an awful lot of 'cruise' clubs going.......Sounds like the French car day a bit!
Still no Kovaleinan  D'oh!

Ultimas!

My betting is they will be close if they aren't quickest, I've always fancied one of these - designed by Lee Noble. There will be serious japanese stuff there too though so should be entertaining. Although our stand looks a bit like a fish out of water I bet we get a really good response to the cars. Just hope we don't get stuck next to the Saxo stand. At the FCD last week the 21 Turbo stand was sandwiched between Saxo Sports Club (with a guest DJ playing earsplitting drum and bass all day and some cruise lot who constantly revved up their cars to show off the flamer kits!!! No wonder I went home with a headache. On the bright side there was some good track action with a Race 405 T16 , a 1.8 20v Mk1 Scirocco and a turboed 16v Clio looking to be the quickest cars out there. One of the 21 boys notched a 5.8 0-60 which wasn't bad. There was a supercharged V6 Clio, A couple of T2's and we had a Europa Cup 21 Turbo on the stand. Not everyones cup of tea but I enjoyed it.
Alpines - GTA 3.0 Turbo, GTA 3.0 Inj (Project DD), GTA 6.2 V8 (500 bhp) , R32 Skyline GTR, BMW Alpina B10 635 Highline, Alpina B10 E39 5 Series, Jaguar 4.2 XKR, Laguna 205GT, BMW 120d.
