One inside twatting one end with a punch and the other unscrewing with an airgun .
Long bolt has nut with locking flanges under carpet in footwells .
Two man job if the long bolt is seized .It has a lot of contact in the bushes and usually one of these is solid and you end up just turning the rubber until it's knackered .....
Sometimes this does not work and you end up having to get the slit disc out and go through the bolt after removing the split spacer .
I've only had one car where both came out intact without too much fuss .
