2 questions!

I now have my Alpine back and working and am doing some tidying (I love my Alpine!!!!) The centre console seems a bit of a nightmare to take to bits.....want to replace my Gearstick gaiter......how does it come off??? Secondly, has anyone bought a windscreen? Are they available throught the normal channels (autowindscreens etc) and how much approx is one?

I had to get a new windscreen in mine, I got it through a friend of a friend, who had his own windscreen business.
I think it cost about £120, so not too bad.

As for the centre console, the gear lever gaiter just lifts of from around the plastic surround. You may have to buy a new gear knob though, as I destroyed mine trying to get it off.

Thanks......I already have a new gearknob....which now makes the gaiter look even worse....hence wanting to do something about it!

windscreen - Autoglass had to source a Renault part (two-ish years ago) - I think it cost them about £270 - I of course only paid the £50 excess.
