Si sorry to find out you were not comming,but Tony filled me in.I got there and Tony got the teas in and then all the Matras left Still it was nice while it lasted.

Hi Miles I did put a post up. I was really frustrated as i have sorted the starting issues out now, it starts at the turn of the key but it wont hold a charge the battery goes flat the alterntor is not chucking a single volt out. Have taken it off today so all is in hand . It wont be fun refitting in the side of the road in the dark lol but its not going to fit itself . i hopefully have a replacement in the pipeline so fingers crossed alll goes to plan.

not now i am.afraid Miles .....no alternator i think this has been playing up intermittantly for a while now. i would not mind but its only about a year and a haf old ....so pissed off....me and my big mouth....fix one problem and another takes up straight away its absolutely unbelievable.

Chritine strikes again. i now have to getvit fixed before brands on friday.

Surely the alternator failure is not right Si? Have you still got the correct ducting attached to cool it whilst driving? Or is it getting damp somehow?
