Footman James, its a collectors policy, there are some restrictions, eg not covered when parked outside the home address of certain acts of vandalism, ideally though all need to be garaged :wink:

Can book it in for MOT as well at the same time .You've got a months early grace so wont lose out .

Its a shame, if you can get the parts, most alternator faults are simple to fix, throw away society in the UK.

Bizarrely the spares are easier to get in the rest of Europe (or ebay which is often the same thing).
