Greetings all,
This was my first event, that I have attended since joining the club. I must say that I fully enjoyed my time, you guys are a bunch of nutters and so very welcoming. Big hugz to Cynthia, you are a treasure, and Paul for your advise.

I did not take the full stand, as I am bias to the A610, that in my opinion stole the show... Shame we never had a GTA there, but maybe next year!!

Here are the few I took, to encourage the others to post their pics...

You can see the crowds as well as Cynthia and Miles in full swing.... :)

That model was the talk of every child that seen it!!!

Sorry about the crap quality of the pics but you should have gone.. the stand was great. I hope someone posts a full picture as the Arc de Triomphe, was a master piece....
Thanks to all for a wonderful two days on the stand...
Enjoy....
Saint.

Some more photos of the stand, you can see more of de Arc de Triomphe is several photos but not a complete shot of the excellent centre piece. I am sure that Miles will have had the foresight to have taken a photo of it, and besides my photos were taken with my mobile.

yeah, those sort of shows ( and shopping malls)suck the life out of me. Got home with a stinking headache and 2 days in bed to recover, still got the remains of the headache now. Must say a big thanks to those who turned up on Friday and put in a darn hard days work, Mrs Sasin, Mr Sage, Mr Law jr to name just 3 who never stopped working.

Yes, well done to everyone for all the hard work involved, the carpentry involved was a great effort and I reckon it was one of the best thought out stands in the show.

The Top Gear bit was a massive disappointment but the Classic show was great. My car of the show had to go to that lovely DeTomaso Pantera on the C&SC stand (what a paint job!) although there was so much worth seeing.

Dellboy getting some shut eye.
Image

The Dacia was bought by Practical Classic magazine and driven back from Romania, it does need a paint job Andy but is certainly a good runner

The Spider sounded bloody awesome following it out of the NEC. I was laughing like a kid!
