How do you subscribe at the Club subsidised rate - the PFC website just cites a discounted (20%) rate of £19.99?

In my opinion the biggest problem with latter days of the old mag was that the editor wasn't a french car fan (he was a VW man IIRC). So he kept refering to the R5 GTT as the 5 turbo..... only slightly different (OK completely different cars....). I didn't mind the odd 'euro look' clio or megane.
