I don't think he realises how much its really worth..... roundabout half that at current prices, even though he's added a speedo and a handbrake!
i emailed him to find out the spec and it's not had any tlc since 2000.
if he gets his asking price i'm putting one of mine on the market asap!

Would make a nice competition car....but £16500?? The seq. gearbox and 200bhp engine should make it worth more than standard...... but double??!!!

Normally road cars sell around £12-16K. The race versions are usually cheaper, although they are less common.
This one is road reg'd so handy, but not as nicely built as a proper road car, with the trick doors etc.
A lot depends on how much spare stuff comes with it, rims bodywork etc.
I'd have thought £11-12 is fair enough, but it all depends on whether there is someone out there looking for one, race cars almost never come up for sale, this is only the third race car I have seen for sale in three years!
As an owner of one I would say that £16K is a very fair price!!

I think Paul sold his race car with the trailer & spares for around £10K. Tony Smith will be able to confirm the exact figure.

... and he wishes he'd never sold it now!
