mk2 Ph1 GT Turbo was from late 1985 onwards was 115bhp 0-60 7.1sec
mk2 Ph2 GT Turbo was from 1987 onwards and was 120bhp 0-60 7.3sec

Had both when they were new and yes, the Gordini 5 was the car that got me out of bed at night just 'cos I couldnt sleep thinking about driving it. The GT turbo, although far quicker, never quite had that effect on me. Still waiting to sample a mid engined one..........unfinished business!

Finally, how fast did these little hot hatches go, I had one behind me at the Renault day at Silverstone spinning up his tyres at any opportunity !! Just wondered how they faired against a GTA Turbo.

In a nutshell they are a whole lot more expensive and slower than the GTA.
Prices are starting to get close to A110 money
You have to love them though, cool cars
