There is a difference between the early cars and the rest.

The early cars can be reconginsed by the absence of a door button. There is a clear dome with a red indicator inside. This was deleted and replaced with a conventional door lift button on the later cars.

Okay guys. Im in 8) , after lying underneath connecting up the flying lead to the starter had a thought :idea: had a right wriggling session :shock: on the drivers door with the key and it worked so all sorted seems that Mart (Big MVS) had the same prob as mine, anyway gonna sort the mechanisms out next week and not gonna lock down me bonnett again. :oops:

Thanks for all your help it is down to the mechanisms being stiff so will be stripping them down and refurbing next week. :lol:

.....it is down to the mechanisms being stiff so will be stripping them down and refurbing next week. :lol:
