EFI T2

Postby steveatyork » Tue Aug 11, 2009 7:15 pm

Thanks to Chris (Scoff) on the RTOC the Turbo 2 is up and running on its EFI, and boy does it go  together with the new spec engine!!!!!the only prob Chris had was the throttle body not shutting fully so he had to block off the idle control valve, this will be sorted on the next/final mapping session. just running at 11 psi at the moment but it is fast!!, god knows what it will be like at 22 psi
I cant really had to much else except its now in a different league to the old set-up.

Like the work Steve, excellent, very nice detail. Hope you get some great results. By the way what sort of EGT values were you seeing at full chat? Will your system detect detonation per cylinder - looking for dip in temp, presume the temp sensor speed of response is fast enough if exposed thermocouples?
