Hi, I will almost certainly be on my own. Not sure whether I will be staying but will book it myself this week or make a decision on the day if need be as I may have to go back home Saturday evening. Luckily home isn't too far away!

Looking forward to the trip though (just don't drive to fast guys as my motor won't quite be as quick as yours  ).

JohnC wrote:mellowyellow610 & andy001. Glad to hear you are both coming. Will you be staying with us on the Saturday night, and if so will you be accompanied? Let us know asap so Andrew can see how many require accomadiation
Anyone else staying on the Saturday night :?:

Sunday's tour to start in Caernarfon on the A4085 heading for Beddgelert. Weather permitting stop for fantastic locally made icecream and a paddle in the river to cool the accelerator foot!!

From here we head on the A498 and A4086 to Capel Curig. Then the A5 heading towards Betws y Coed but we turn left immediately past the Ugly House and head up a single track road up to Nant BH and through the Gwydir forest down to Llanrwst. There we join the B5106 and head down to Tyn y Groes and stop for lunch in the Groes Inn. (One of Wales's oldest pubs).

Hi Guys,
Just got back from a 2100 mile tour of France Germany and Belgium in my Audi and managed to collect 2 new rear tyres for the GTA in Dover. Got them fitted today and with a new battery also fitted (needed a push from you strong blokes at Cholmondeley if you remember!), I shall definitely be attending this week end and probably for both days although not absolutely sure. Please add me to the list!

Red GTA: I have taken a deposit on it, so I am not using it.
Black GTA:, still needs widscreen to be fitted, but will not do that until the roof is painted.
Turbo 2: in many pieces Completion date 2020
Dini Turbo: taxed and mot, but don't really fancy a 10 hour drive in it.

I'll be giving full size print outs of the maps and written directions on Saturday morning before we start. I would put them up here but you never know if there's a nosey speed camera operator about.
