I know a man who has one odd one, but it has slight screwdriver damage around the edges where someone has tried to lever it out so would need a total refurb. Also it is still jammed in the wheel I believe.

pm micheal1511 and you'll probably get it for a fiver or so. Tell him Steve told you he has one odd slightly damaged centre left stuck in a front wheel for £5 - £10. If you can do a deal maybe I can pick it up for you or you can ask him to post it.

He drives a hard bargain though...

Looks like the one.

Needed a headlamp glass, indicator, some paint & a good t-cut!!

A waste. I think he was hoping to get a lot more by breaking it but didn't realise the spares market was saturated.

However the problem with these cars is that a proper paint job costs more than the car is worth so you either drive them looking tatty, paint them yourself or break them

That looks in too good condition to be the one that's breaking. Also the chassis tags and numberplates have been removed. Mileage is similar though. Will look for any other identifying features!

It is that one because I emailed him the link on ebay and he said he was going to restore it but was breaking it instead. I think to be fair he had been trying to sell it for around £3k as it was but had no takers.............

Interestingly the advert was modified today.

The engine bay and interior (grey velour) shots have now been removed.

Also it is now listed as having a brand new leather interior!!

No not rang him. Could you pick us one up when your over again as it sounds like your filling your boots so to speak. I'm in no mad rush for it as it's the spare set. The car is staying on it's current rims for the time being :wink:

Oh Phil how could you for one minute suggest that there was a claim going on..............

That reminds me, Steve could I have my Insurance Valuation of £10k before one of my fuel lines ahem :shock:
