Postby BIG_MVS » Sat Nov 08, 2008 11:54 am

Right guys I have had a chat with Mr Dell and we are going to arrange some meets every 1/4 up North next year  Here are provisional dates anyone got any other ideas/requests let me know:

Sunday Jan 25th - Kilton Arms Pub Meet Nr Knutsford

Sunday 26th April - Llangollen North Wales (Pub and possibly something else  )

Cholmondeley Pageant of Power - 18th 19th July

Sunday 26th July - Cheshire Oaks?

Tour of Wales - Sat 15th & Sun 16th August

Frodsham and Helsby Rotary Club Motor Show - Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd August.

Sunday 25th October - TBA

The quarterly meets don't have to be on a Sunday maybe the July meet could be a midweek night?

Sounds fab. Well done to you guys for organising some stuff up here, I'll be doing my best to attend. Me and Juzz attended a classic show at Sutton Fields this year, maybe this could also be included?

All sounds good Martin. I shall do my best to attend as many as possible. Also, I'll second mellowyellows suggestion of attending the Sutton Fields car show. Would be good if we could manage a display there. :D

Added it into the events calender  It's a bit close to the tour of wales though so maybe one for the people who could not attend that event.

I have decided to leave the meet on the 26th July as it is too close to Chumley and the north wales tour. I will organise something for October though promise. Get your thinking caps on where you would like to go, I mentionned Cheshire Oaks as a possible so we could do a bite to eat and chat etc?

How about a Midlands Meet ? Found a really good pub with superb grub and we could also do Donington Museum .
