Chipped ECU

Postby BIG_MVS » Sun Jul 06, 2008 4:09 pm

I bought this from Peter Garforth(he used it as a successfull mod for hillclimbing before he went down the adaptronic unsuccessful route   ). It's got DG's Power Chip in it which allows you to run more boost. The power chip alone was around £100 from David's website:

http://www.alpinerenaulttuning.co.uk/ca ... ucts_id=62

Mine does not include the bleed valve but they are available from ebay for around £10. It's all wired in so all you need to do is take out your old ecu and put this one in.

Anyone interested PM please.

Cheers,

Martin

That's the one that welds itself to the bush in the wishbone aint it?

I'd say probably not as the last GTA we broke they were seized as per above and had to be cut with the grinder.

Martin,
I'd be interested, what would you want for it?

Now surplus to requirements as now i've got bigger injector's and thanks to Martin Faulks i've had my original ECU adapted to allow me to change chips easily and am now running the BBR chip as the standard one doesn't like all that fuel!!

Offers :D :D :D :D
