RAOC and EAC have agreed to postpone the deadline 30 of April for 1 month = till May 31 .

( = registration form + money transfer settled with RAOC latest May 31 = Free entry for the passengers)

i know you have been really busy of late with other events etc.

but the deadline is only 3days away now and was wondering if you have been able to book this yet or would it be easier for you if we booked it ourselves

please let me know what is best option m8 as i have booked channel crossing and hotel already and am really looking forwrd to this event and dont want to miss out now

Most of us are leaving early Sat AM and returning Sun PM. Cost of shuttle is £38 including club discount.

Plenty of hotels from around 59 euro.
