Andy,

Tried Meccaparts. They do the same system as ART for around £400 delivered, but they do not do oval pipes either :0(

Also awaiting a reply from Quicksilver as they have a system listed(thanks Lee).

So Clee - What system do you have installed that is too noisy (assume over 105 limit for trackdays?)

Thanks
Brad

I 'sell' the Quicksilver one. The retail is £695 + VAT (there is discount on that but it is pretty academic) and its just an identical design to the original, and in sound, but in stainless.

Thanks David. Sounds expensive!

Does anybody have Barry Jayes contact details as I am interested in the one that he had done? Just want to check that he was happy with it (he done a write up for the CAR magazine apparently?

Thanks,
Brad

tail pipes can be easily changed...... for whatever style you want as you can buy the tail pipes of the shelf in pretty much any shape and size you want these days

You dont need to cut welds, just purchase the mecaparts one and the trims from the other supplier. They just fit over the 3" tail pipes and then just get someone to weld them on.

I met Barry J a while back at a meet in Dorset. He'd just had that exhaust fitted and I would say that it didn't sound quite like mine (which is the mecaparts one). Wasnt a deep growl but quieter perhaps had more silencing.

The Mecaparts one (through DG) fits perfectly, it's designed for the GTA and doesnt hang down or visable from the rear.

Worst case, buy it, fit it and sort out your trims later if need be.

I can do both of this, I can supply the exhaust and the trims as you have Paul, but I think Brad doesnt want to see the black original trims on the inside. Otherwise I can do it fine.

David,

As long as the original trims are black on the inside of the orignal trims (and not chrome or shiney)and the trims are oval then I am happy. This sounds simular to the one supplied to the one supplied to Paul from the pictures I have seen of his?

This sounds ok if you can confirm

Thanks
