You are correct in one email the time was given 4 days prior to order submission:

From: Dave@AVT [mailto:david@advancedvehicletuning.co.uk]
Sent: Monday, August 13, 2007 6:28 PM
To: alan@redlinecars.com
Subject: Re: RE ALPINE gta WHEELS.

Just to note, there is about a 2 week manufacturing wait on the wheels, and 4 weeks on the suspension.

So 4 weeks overall for the total order.

Cheers

David

Your are correct - Subsequent delays were advised only after requests for information. Certainly the interpretation of the correspondance is left to the reader.

Yes, you did email me a tracking # for an unspecified carrier. Much later indicated to be DHL. I had already entered that tracking # in every carrier I could find and it did not work.

Thank you for processing the PayPal return.

Payments through PayPal are only protected up to 45 days as per PayPal contract.

I have tried both #'s the first one had a full mailbox until February when I left a message which you evidently did not receive and the second # was never answered in several attempts regardless of how long it rang. Texting I did not do.

Of course, you do not need to do anything with your website - it is very appealing already.

All the best,
Alan Miller

Right, so basically everything you moaned about in your previous post that I should do with an order you are now saying I actually DID do, and in the case that I should notify if parts are in stock before placing an order, you are now telling everyone that I actually informed you of this 4 days before you PLACED the order, let alone passed any payment...

I am glad you have solved this issue so rapidly and to your complete satisfaction. Effective parsing of information is always to ones apparent benefit. Of course, you never provided any tangible evidence of the alleged January shipment which if it somehow shows up on my doorstep I am still obligated to make appropriate payment.

Its a bit late now. I gave you the tracking number for the consignment as specified in the emails. It landed back with me this morning, intact, since I redirected the shipping process the day the payment was reversed.

As I said before a tracking # has no relevance without being associated with a shipping company. :?:

You are perpetually secretive about alleged shipping information.
It really is a no brainer to cut and past a legitimate query to an email for anyone to see who the shiiper is and where the package is.

A package lost for amonth and a half and never any tracking information. Hmmm!

As per DHL when queried with the number you provided:

No Result Found for your Query. Please Try Again.
Whether you are originally a DHL Express, DHL Exel Supply Chain, DHL Global Forwarding or Danzas customer, you can continue to track shipments in the same way that you always have done.

On-line Tracking

Track shipments using the box provided. Select number types from the drop down list. For Danzas and DHL Global Forwarding (DGF), track one number at a time. For DHL Air Waybill, DHL EUROPLUS & EUROPACK, track up to 10 numbers - press 'Enter' or hit the 'Spacebar' to separate.

Please select: Please Select DHL Air Waybill DHL EUROPLUS & EUROPACK Identcode DHL EUROPLUS & EUROPACK Reference Danzas Order Code DGF/Danzas HAWB (House Air Way Bill) DGF/Danzas Container Number Danzas Bill of Lading/Masterbill DGF/Danzas Reference Number DGF Bill of Lading/Masterbill

Which I told you, DHL, via an email (listed above), which was a couple of working days after giving you the tracking number.

So how come the tracking # does not work at DHL as indicated above?

5 days later for the response mentioning DHL! What a stark contrast to today when you respond so swiftly and no order is pending.
