OK, this is sorted and we have ten places for cars. Names below pleases. First come first served. 10 is the minimum. Don't let me down!!

Hello Stephen,

We will meet each other at Renault Atelier the 17 January. Dominique Pascal is the conservator of the expo. He is one of the best journalist I know. You can be sure that it is going to be great!!!

I am booking you 10 places inside the Bugatti.

I invite you to visit our website www.lemansclassic.com where you will find the enrolment form for club.

It is 42 euros/pers

Track laps: 110 euros/car

Grandstand access: 3 euros

Outside Club Modern car Park: 10 euros

For the camping it is very important to contact ticket@lemans.org it is exclusively managed by the ACO. It is forbidden to bring inside the Bugatti any tent.
Kind regards

Gautier Rossignol

Peter Auto - SAVH

If there is no camping then we can look at cheap hotels.

The camping is right by the circuit, with showers and only a 300 meter walk to the trackside.
Today the website declares 85 camping pitches left at 80 €uro for Wednesday to Sunday. That is 5 nights at less than £60. Grandstand will be good if it is raining and also at the start and finnish. I am happy to make a purchse for all, but will be looking for prompt payment as soon as it appears on my redit card statement.
Camping £58, Entrance £30 and Grandstand £22 (within a couple of quid).
I am feeling, if we dont buy now, they will sell out. I'm sure we can sell again on pistoin heads if need be later.

Who wants what:
Simon Taylor: Camping x1, Entrance x 1, Grandstand x 1.

To be honest all the hotels are still available and are only 29euro per night. I'd rather stay in one of those for for 90 euro for 3 nights or £65

Anyone know which is nearest/best

Alencon 61000 CERISE
Le Mans Nord 72650 SAINT SATURNIN
Le Mans sud Arnage 72230 ARNAGE

If you are on a tight budget you can have three to a room so £20 each for 3 nights. Not worth the hassle of taking the camping gear if you are in a GTA.

Some like to camp because it is so close to the circuit. :D
Others dont like camping. :D
Fair do's.

As we can see, Hotels AND camping look like they are running out.

The campsite will be in Maison Blanche only and it costs 80 euros for all the week-end for the car and tent or caravan or motorhome.

More info regarding our club space:

Track laps are on the full circuit (13.650 km)

Grandstand access = 3 euros for clubs and 8 euros for individual person.

Cars can move at night but it is better if you live few car on the track.

IMPORTANT:

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ENTRY etc INDIVIDUALLY, IT MUST BE DONE THROUGH THE CLUB FOR THE STAND AND ASAP.
HOWEVER WE NEED 10 PEOPLE. WITHOUT 10 WE CANNOT HAVE A CLUB SPACE INSIDE THE CIRCUIT. PLEASE ADD YOUR NAME TO THE LIST. BEFORE 1st JANUARY. WHEN WE HAVE AT LEAST 10 I WILL TAKE A DEPOSIT FROM EVERYONE
