How do I remove the heater controls in the centre console to replace a bulb. The fan switch illuminates OK but on the demister/temp side I can see the bulb illuminated, but it is has come out of its housing. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks again for the previous help with the fan/rheostat which now works fine on all speeds!
