Throttle position sensor plug

Has anyone got a spare plug for a turbo throttle position sensor please.
I only need the plug, not the sensor itself.
1986 : '86 GTA v6 BW-EFR turbo, with Adaptronic ECU

Only a broken one!

Looks like a standard connector that you can order from Demon tweeks. Not cheap though.

However, I can probably supply a replacement sensor because I bin (not literally) the stock limit switch type and replace with a pot. Let me know.

Martin,
If you are just "bin"ing them, would a pint be enough for you to go and cut a plug off, with a good length of lead if possible?

As for that link, it will take time to trawl though the catalogue in detail, VERY comprehensive in deed.

These 25 turbos have been good for something :D So far I haven't touched the phase 2 except for robbing it's badges for the TT DeLorean!

On reflection, as it is an electrical componant, I think I'll be better to get a brand new one. I dont want any electrical grmerlins in the future.

As far as I'm aware, the limit switches only have two functions - tell the idle system to "be active" at idle and open wide at full throttle, an/or ignore lambda sensor input at full throttle on later cars. Anyone know for sure?

The first switch doesnt activate the ISCV system, as the car will still idle with the throttle closed and the sensor unplugged, it cuts fueling on overrun to tell the ecu you have let off (unplugged the car can pop and bangs with overfueling)

The later cars (lambda controlled and anything not a 25 Turbo/GTA) run a 5v pot. They run open loop at anything about 70% throttle, hence the need for a pot instead of a switched type.
