Mr Sage advises to make sure you shim correctly on re-assembly to give minimum play in the self adjuster mechanism. Does it look like there is any scope for adjustment?
By the way the main body is aluminium and looks very nice (and original) vapour bead blasted. Mr Sage had 5 or 6 done that way when I visited at the weekend.
I had my A610 top cover done the same way and can confirm that the special 'peened' bare finish doesn't corrode.
