Yo PeterG, this car was first up for sale around Easter time this year. I was going to go look at it, but on the day I saw another (mine now) and never got to view this one. The seller is a Detective and said he was selling part of the family collection to fund his debts. A Dodge and a couple of other rarities went on ebay around the same time. I seem to remember that 1 door hinge was suspect and it did have a PP plate available too. Would you beleive it ..... B19 GTA.

It's a horribly small world. Never tell a lie, it will catch up with you!

Um.....not sure where the lie comes in.....I really did buy it from him. He auctioned it on ebay and I bid when I was drunk one night!!!!! His name isnt Simon Cowell either....I guess he thought it was an amusing name to use.

Maybe he uses the false name to maintain his anonimity and maybe he is like Magnum....a PI!!!!!! Cant think why else he'd call himself a detective (there are detectives in the police but I dont know anyone who would say thats what they do for a living)
