What has struck me is where the intercooler sits in the car. The pipes on top of the engine are different........could they be mated to a GTA allowing me to run an intercooler down where the spare wheel (RIP ) used to be????

Im using the 25 v6 turbo piping on my car for that very reason. Sorry Peter!

Nup. Its a bit of a mess. Look at the piping and gauges. Looks more like a wine distillary than an engine.

Notice the standard intercooler on the left, panelled off from the engine bay. He also has a dedicated pump and radiator in the original intercooler location to cool the water going through the turbo only. He has raised the turbo up by 2 inches to increase airflow and reduce heat around the slave cylinder, and hes lengthened the throttle body by 2 inches by using an extended steering wheel adaptor so that the 'V6' intake pipe can clear the engine and reach the intercooler.

Never mind engine bits - what about this "stork" that sits behind the steering wheel and controls the stereo. Now that would be a cool, even if slightly dangerous, addition to any car. I might ask if he's willing to sell it separately.

Very dangerous & how does it know radio 1 from 2 etc

Probably works in a similar manner to Clint Eastwood's Orangutan Clyde. You just say "Essex FM Fred" or whatever he's called. A further benefit would be that you'd always have a blonde bird in your car - shame about the large nose and that red eyeshadow though!
